I have a lot of memories of my Mom from this bread recipe. She used to have this a lot for us when we came home from school. It was hot and fresh from the oven ! What a great after school snack with butter & jam or peanut butter. Mmmm Mmmm...

Yum! I want to make that. What is dough enhancer? Where do you buy it? Yes, I am the ultimate dumbo when it comes to cooking. You are so cute. I love reading your blog.
Question, is the small batch just 1 loaf and the regular 2 loaves? I love making bread and haven't done it for a while. I'll have to give yours a try (when I get whole wheat flour)
Thanks for sharing!!
Heather, Your SO cute! You can find enhancer at most grocery stores. If you want you can omit this and the bread will be a heavier bread. It is still good :D
Kim, The Small batch makes 3 loaves
It is good stuff.
